This diagram defines the fundamental governance geometry of the iAAi system: ACAD (Contractor/Hardening), MEMORIAL (Design Team/Tempering), and TRE GAME (Gov Inspector/Quenching) form the three base vertices. The CHART ROOM (Client/Observer/Kantei) sits at the apex, receiving iCards for acceptance or rejection via the icardRegister.sync API. SAP-001 compliant under the Wynn Palace Standard.

The complete system architecture showing all four sites, their interconnections, and data flow paths. The Chart Room (Observer +1) sits at the top, receiving iCards for verification from all three agents. Acceptance/Rejection flows back down to each agent. The icardRegister.sync API connects all sites bidirectionally. Each agent has a defined CE construction metaphor: ACAD forges the steel (Hardening), MEMORIAL refines the grain (Tempering), TRE GAME tests the edge (Quenching). This is a legally shareable agentic handoff document.
