OBSERVER PROTOCOL

The iAAi Observer Register documents independent stakeholders who have witnessed and reviewed the Infrastructure Academy platform during its Proof of Concept (POC) Beta Trial. Each observer receives a personalised iCard documenting their engagement.

1.Witness: Observer is shown the live platform, including all operational bridges (Read, Explore, Play), the BitPoints marketplace, and the iCard verification system.
2.Document: An iCard is generated recording the observer's name, date, location, and specific items witnessed.
3.Register: The observer is added to this public register with their iCard, creating a permanent, verifiable record of stakeholder engagement.
4.Verify: All iCards are uploaded to CDN with unique hashes, ensuring tamper-proof documentation of the observer chain.
