But the +1 is the structure itself — the fact that Henry created three distinct purpose-specific channels rather than one big group. That’s the fourth face: the architecture of communication. Interpretation — Why This Song, This Moment
Fish wrote Fugazi as a condemnation of societal indifference — a world sleepwalking through decay, “drowning in the real,” distracted by “aural contraceptives aborting pregnant conversation.” The song moves through London’s broken infrastructure — Piccadilly line rat race, Brixton chess, Embankment’s homeless — cataloguing a civilisation that has stopped building and started consuming itself.
The climax is not despair. It is a demand: “Where are the prophets, where are the visionaries, where are the poets?” Fish is not asking rhetorically. He is calling them into existence. And then he dedicates the song to them — to the poets, the prophets, the visionaries. He is saying: you are the answer to the question the song asks.
Nigel hears this at 09:24 on 11 March 2026, looking out over Discovery Bay harbour, the moment he recognises that Henry has built the first tetrahedron. Three groups, four vertices, purpose-specific communication architecture. The world may be totally fugazi — but the poets, the prophets, and the visionaries are here. They are in three WhatsApp groups, building infrastructure for the future. The sentimental mercenary’s dawn is being breached.

Khanh Huynh (K) is currently in only one of the three groups (Dinosaurs To AI Future). For wholeness understanding, K should be made aware that the full tetrahedron structure exists — all three groups, their purposes, and how they interconnect. Whether H has already briefed K is unknown. Check with H before duplicating the briefing — Henry may have a deliberate reason for phased introduction (good ICUT practice: establish in one group first, then expand). But K should eventually understand the whole structure. Every face needs to know the other faces exist.
